White Boards Can Help Organize Home And Work
How did people organize information in the past? How did they set goals, keep track, and maintain focus on those goals? How did they set schedules, and tasks, and be able to monitor them, by just glancing up? It's not enough to write something down, and then place the information in a desk drawer, or keep it safe in a brief case, where it could be forgotten, or lost. Even with the latest technology methods available, computers and laptops are unable to display goals, tasks, and problem-solving outcomes that are easily seen by all, and absorbed and kept in daily, high focus. Unless people are gathered round a computer screen, or a slide presentation, not everyone can see, and keep their focus on the overall 'big picture.' One of the best solutions to this dilemma is white boards.
A whiteboard comes in unlimited sizes, styles and applications. They are made from top quality materials, and can be handsomely framed, or plain depending on the needs of the user. They are provided as heat fused printed whiteboards; plain magnetic whiteboards, or magnetic dry-erase white boards. They are also provided, in full color, or black and white. Whatever the organizational needs, at home, or at work, a white board is designed to turn information into one, visible, easy to use, solution.
One of the benefits of using a white board, is that are built of porcelain-like steel, and have a non-glare working surface, which stays clean when used as directed. They are designed for daily use, and to look like new, no matter how many times they are being used. They can also be customized, to fit the exact needs of the customer. Unlike boards made of plastic, or film laminate; a top quality, well designed, white board does not bubble, or warp. Cracks do not appear, and the surface does not peel, fade, or chip after a lifetime of daily use. And while some boards have a build up, or residue of indelible marker ink stains, a reliable white board remains stain free, when used as directed.
Organizers use whiteboards to keep track of training enrollment, certification programs, relocation stages, preventative maintenance, engineering project steps, and assembly steps. Take a look at some of the other ways whiteboards are typically being used; people use a white board to:
• Create a layout, by taping vertical columns, over the horizontal lines printed onto the whiteboard

Another key feature of the white board is alignment. As most presenters know, keeping the writing straight and centered is not so easy to do. It may begin well, but more often than not, the writing begins to slant, as it progresses down the page. This problem is overcome with a white board. Just like graph paper, but without the obvious, visible lines, whiteboards are made available with a white grid. When standing close up to the board, the person using the board sees a white on white, heat-fused grid printed onto the surface of the board. It eliminates the problem of 'slanting writing' because, as the presenter follows the white grid, the writing remains perfectly centered, and straight. People in the audience who are standing back a little; do not see the lines, so there is not distraction, from the written words.
Whether using magnets, plain, or with graphs, whiteboards are useful for posting all information, including bulletins. They can be designed in a variety of sizes, up to ten feet tall, including floor, to ceiling boards, covering existing walls, or enhancing a newly constructed location.
